John
Hartley of Hartley Construction is the architect and builder of Mulberry
Street Condominiums. John graduated from the Clemson School of Architecture
in 1969, after which he served in the Peace Corps in Tunisia, North
Africa. He has been designing and building homes in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro
area since 1978. He is well known for his connection with nature and
innovative use of interior space. His homes feature arched openings,
architectural geometric windows, and the use of quality material such
as hardwood floors and ceramic tile bathrooms. Most exceptional, however,

(Monson) Hayes has been in real estate sales in Chapel Hill/Carrboro
since 1981. She is a broker and owner of Lynn Hayes Properties, and
has achieved the GRI and CRS advanced designations. During her career
